Detailed Selling Lead Description

Product introduction

Combining existing advanced technologies, glass micro-beads are coated with high quality organic silicon. Compared to glass beads, this has following advantages:
A. Select materials, with refracting power almost that of glass beads, but will doing no harm to the differential reflection of the glass bead.
B. No water film when it is rainy or foggy, so it wont effect on reflection of light.
C. Will not bridge or accumulate in dispersing machinery.
D. Improved cohesion between bead and coating because of special agent.
E. Little glass bead out of coating.
F. Absorbing surface free of dust.

All sizes can be film-coated from 50 to 1180μm according to customers requirement.

Appearance: Ball Pellet, No impurity
Refraction Power :>1.5
Density :2.4-2.6g/cm3
SiO2 content :≥68%
Pellet diameter distribution and turning into bead rate: Water resistance: using 0.1N Hydrochloric Acid 10ml, no effect.
Film performance: soak in water for 30, dry at indoor temperature, after 2 hours can pass through a funnel smoothly with light agitation.
